Many have asked the Top List Online, “What are the top searches on Google, Yahoo, and MSN?”

Top Google.com Searches

The Top Searches on Google are presented by Google Trends.   This presents an updated list of the Top 100 Search Terms on Google updated frequently.  Today, January 12th, 2009, the top term is “Klieg Lights“.  I don’t know why everyone is searching for that term today.   Ah, interesting.  George Bush just mentioned “Klieg Lights”  in his last White House address and now everyone wants to know what the term means.   For those interested, you can read more about Klieg Lights on Wikipedia.   I am mildy surprised that George Bush knew what they were!

Top Yahoo.com Searches

Yahoo.com searches can be found on Yahoo Buzz.   Yahoo Buzz presents the Top 20 Overall Internet Searches and can be broken down into many different areas.  Today, Yahoo does not mention Klieg Lights at all.  Their #1 searched for term is Heather Graham.  I like Heather Graham and wonder why she is the #1 searched for person today.   I’m not quite sure but I do know that it’s always nice to see images of Heather Graham

Top MSN Searches

MSN provides a view to their Top MSN Searches in the form of the MSN a-list.  This page highlights the most searched for in many categories.  The top person searched for today is Anne Hathaway.  It could be because Anne Hathaway took home critics award last night at the VH1 Critics Awards.  Titles such as Angelina Jolie Steams as Anne Hathaway Wins ‘Best Actress’ are bringing Anne Hathaway to the top of the searched for list.

I find it interesting that the Top Searches on Google, Yahoo, and  MSN are all different.
