John Stewart Leaves the Daily Show

Jon Stewart Retires from The Daily Show!

Written by   (author of Obvious Conclusions)  |  Date Updated: February 11, 2015

After 17 years as the host of The Daily Show, Jon Stewart has announced his retirement which will take place sometime at the end of this year.

Jon Stewart was one of the few independent, non-corporate sponsored voices remaining on television. Apparently, the show will go on without him but his replacement has a lot to live up to.

I know that I, and the millions who watch Jon everyday, will have a 1/2 void each day for years to come. Jon, you will be sorely missed.

Thank you for 17 years of making sense of it all through your nonsensical, insightul lens!
